Phase 1 and Phase 2

Kinnakeet Shores Property Owners Association is a residential beach community in Avon, North Carolina. KSPOA includes Phase 1 and 2 in the Kinnakeet Shores Subdivision.

Phase 1 streets include Greenwood Place, Pheasant Circle, and Cedar Circle.

Phase 2 streets include the southern half of Oceanview Drive and ends at the intersection of Pampas Drive and Oceanview Drive. KSPOA pertains only to Phases 1 and 2 of the Kinnakeet Shores Subdivision.
